On May 21st, the Region 6 meeting was held in the offices of AMPI Nacional. We had the presence of:
- Lic. Edgardo Vázquez Suárez.
President of the Regional Pachuca Section.
- Ing. Elpidio Ramírez Hernández.
President of the Toluca Valley Section.
- Lic. Carlos Eduardo Hernández García.
President of the Metropolitan Section.
- Lic. Adolfo Kunz Bolaños.
President of the Mexico City Section.
- Lic. Luis González Cortezano.
President of the Angelopolis Cholula Section.
- C.P. Guillermo Alfredo Bojalil Álvarez.
President of the Puebla Section.
- Arq. Sergio Gómez Rábago.
Region 6 Coordinator.
This meeting was presided by Lic. Pedro Trueba de Torres, National President of AMPI and by C.P. Héctor Obregón Serrano, Vice-president.
General issues were discussed in the reunion such as: training, communication, and the webpage among other issues. Also they talked about the issue of the professionalization of AMPI Associates through a certification. It was mentioned that the communication area of AMPI Nacional is moving on because they have achieved a better distribution of the information to every Associate.
C.P. Héctor Obregón Serrano, requested the attendants to send their diagnosis of the section because it is important to keep it up to date. The diagnosis offers a general idea of the situation of AMPI sections in the country and it is like an X ray of the status of the same. After this, every president exposed the problems of their respective section.
