     PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE :
   
  Dear Associate:
 

 

Receive warm regards and through this media I inform you the following:

Complying with what is established in our Statues and User manual for the name and logo with the objective of safeguarding the integrity of them in AMPI® as a trademark, we will take the necessary measures to guarantee the integrity, authenticity and exclusivity for the use of our members.

TheAsociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios A.C., will carry out through a law firm, every action at their hands, even judicial with the objective of avoiding the use of our name and logo by people who are not part of our Association, with unknown objectives and without the authorization in documents, sales signs and any other element which infers to the public that they are AMPI members.
           
AMPI, lets its members know that complaints and commentaries from associates and the general public have been received referring to people who take part in real estate activities, and flaunt to me members of AMPI and are not using the name or logo, which is a trademark in their presentation cards and general advertising.           

I invite you, in your place as associate and affiliate, complying with our Statues, you inform AMPI Nacional, of any person, regardless if it is an individual or member of a company or franchise who is not associated or is member of AMPI or flaunts as such, using our name or logo causing damage by the use of elements legally registered to its members, because the name and logo can only be used exclusively by our members.

It is important to establish that all the information given to the Association reporting these irregularities will be kept in strict confidentiality, this being extremely important if it is presented with photographs where the AMPI logo is present or presentation cards of people and companies who are not members.

With the objective of acting against people who damage our interests, I ask for you to let us know with proof and information so we can carry out the corresponding investigation and if needed, begin the proceeding      lawsuits.
