Last March 26, 2009, AMPI Section Manzanillo-Costalegre held and innovative event that we hope can serve as a starting point for other sections. The idea was to promote AMPI Manzanillo-Costalegre and instead of making an event directed to real estate colleagues not affiliated to AMPI the event was for clients or prospects and real estate offices so they could see what AMPI was doing.
The event was called Buying or Selling Real Estate in the Federal Zone in México and we had the participation of the nation president of AMPI Mr. Pedro Trueba, and Mr. Conrado Bielsa president of the Manzanillo-Costalegre section, and as main spokesperson Mr. Alejandro Gaitan, Notary No. 6 of this city and port.
More than 100 people assisted to the event, which was held in the terrace of the Hadas Hotel with an spectacular sunset as background. Delicious Mexican snacks were offered. All of this was paid by AMPI Manzanillo-Costalegre there was also a cash bar where guests, mostly American and Canadian, ordered their drinks.
The event had great interaction among spokespersons and guests who requested that this type of informative events is carried out more frequently.
