Sales Process, Negotiation and Closing Techniques Course given in AMPI Villahermosa Section

Last Friday, March 20, 2009 at 3:20 pm the Sales Process Course started imparted by Lic. José Martínez Licea, which was attended by twenty AMPI associates in the Villahermosa Section. By four o’clock there were more than 30 people captivated by the teachings of the instructor, who during the six hours the course lasted, kept us focused with funny but very real examples that made us reflect about our own mistakes in everyday activities of our noble profession.


In the course we reviewed the sales cycle from the moment we get the client-buyer via telephone, up to the closing operation with an equitable revenue for everyone involved. Time flew by, with two breaks that allowed us to greet other colleagues and approach the instructor and share our experiences. Without a doubt it was a very rich course in content and a refreshing course for all of us who have as a goal the daily professionalization.


Continuing on Saturday, March 21st, 2009 with an excellent motivation from the course the previous evening, the negotiation and closing techniques course started given by our now friend, Pepe Martinez, who offered us in those six hours the most effective techniques to achieve closings in less time and with greater revenue. We concluded that every stage of the sales process represents a small partial closing on its own that will make us have a focused and efficient work, leaving behind aimless efforts frequently used if the process is not known.


Associates left the premises very pleased when our instructor and his simple but precise way of explaining things exceeded their expectations. Lic. Martínez is entirely recommended by us to support other sections and I congratulate AMPI Nacional for the suggestion.


Finally, both courses go hand in hand and we recommend them for those that are starting their own real estate business, company consultants, management personnel, managers and owners. Everyone needs to be on the same tune to work and offer their best in the different stages of the sales process. These are the stars of our business and will continue generating wealth among AMPI associates, their collaborators, clients and suppliers.

To whom it may concern, I would like to congratulate the Board of Directors for its great enthusiasm and excellent training course I had the pleasure of participating in last March 20-21st, 2009. The training imparted by Lic. José Martínez made us see the small details we do not take into account to successfully carry out our sales operations.


I also want to congratulate him for the pleasant training where he never lost the attention of the group due to his leader characteristics; I greatly recommend this training course to every colleague who did not have the chance of attending.


This is the first training course I take through AMPI because I just joined the company; and this surely motivates me to continue my training because learning more strategies will give me the tools that will help me successfully close every operation.


Congratulations to all and I expect more training sessions like these.
