Taught by ICREA CEO Thijs Stoffer, the course was delivered to 75 professionals from seven countries throughout the region during the Arabian Union for Real Estate Development's (AURD) second annual General Assembly, held in Alexandria, Egypt. The Constitutional Congress on February 5th, 1917, together with Venustiano Carranza at the head of the executive power, reformed the Constitution of 1857 implementing far-reaching innovations. Among other changes, they set the foundations for housing in the Articles 4th in correlation with Article 123rd Section XII, to support INFONAVIT with contributions from employers’. Both articles enshrined in our Constitution, were for Mexican families to be able to enjoy decent housing, but it was not until 1972, that the House Financing System in Mexico known as the National Institute of Housing Fund for Workers (INFOANVIT) was instituted, having Don Jesús Silva Herzog as its first director, who gave 88 thousand housing loans....more info
