February 2010 - Number 25

Dear Associates and Affiliates:

I want to share with the members of our Association, comments, suggestions, and other experiences, that during these days of intense work have been poured as I have toured by several sections where I have attended to the swearing in ceremony.

I was pleased to see the interest it arouses in taking responsibility for working for the benefit of the Associates and Affiliates. The challenges that are acquired cannot be small because AMPI is great and greater still the results that will be provided.

The work that covers daily those who are part and make this project possible, is placed in the hands of experts. The sections that form the Association are headed by leaders who are willing to show results. The 2010 National Board of Directors is aware of the scope of the branch presidents, knows that it is a joint action and the results are shared. I also know that the common goal is to exceed our expectations and set ourselves achievable goals and move forward.

As part of the work that the National Council of Directors 2010 has been drawn to make this comply with the implementation of the Regional Boards. We complied and already gave the first of seven that we must achieve this year.

This meeting has as main objective direct the work under one action of those sections organized geographically. Now was the turn to open this series of seven meetings to Region II, headquartered in the city of Mazatlán in the state of Sinaloa, led by Alfredo Reynaga Chicuate.

The result of this first meeting has made it clear that the work to continue is directed to the careful attention to the members, following up on regional projects and guiding the Associates and Affiliates to search for the ongoing training that in AMPI is given.

We know this is the first step, but work also supports us, that today in its rapid advance, forces us to professionalize with greater and better tools. In AMPI we are determined to meet these demands.

The task that remains is to add, to contribute with strategies to improve, to monitor projects and to make our qualified profession an option for those who look in our services for the true real estate agent.

With your help we will give certainty to the UNION that gives PRESTIGE.

Sincerily
