As part of the carnival festivities in the state of Tlaxcala, which are celebrated with a traditional environment for its important pre-Hispanic history, rich culture, and great value.
The swearing in of the Board AMPI Section Tlaxcala took place in a very prestigious hotel in the capital city. Great personalities attended the event such as the Mayor of Tlaxcala, the representative of the Real Estate Institute of Urban Development and Housing, notaries, real estate appraisers, representatives of the delegations of state INFONAVIT and FOVISSSTE, deputies, federal and state representatives, bank directors and Sofoles.
The national directors of AMPI were also present: CP Héctor Martín Obregón Serrano, national president; and Lic. Adán Larracilla Márquez, vice president; as special guests the representatives of the AMPI Sections Puebla and Angelópolis Cholula.
The members of the new Board AMPI Section Tlaxcala, are Lic. Jacinto Montiel Mejía, president; Lic. Carlos Ernesto Chambers Arroyo, vice president; Hilda Pichón Taxis, secretary; Rocío Soria Pérez, treasurer; Eng. Gustavo Arturo Cuapio Ortiz, in charge of the commission of Honor and Justice; Guadalupe Hernández Estrada, coordinator of events and marketing.
Following the agenda the flag was hoisted and the National Anthem was sung. After that, the new president of the section, Lic. Jacinto Montiel Mejía, committed to all the members to respect and enrich the new statues and powers in his new role, inviting them to unity and cooperation for the welfare and growth of the section.
Montiel thanked the participation in a personal and emotive way to each of the representatives who were at the presidium. The delegate of INFONAVIT CP Emilia Pimentel Rubiera stated that this important Association in the country and now in the state of Tlaxcala, be an important part to fulfill the goal credits of the Housing Institute for 2010. She praised the work the Association does for already 54 years.
With great poise and excellent stage management CP Héctor Martín Obregón Serrano, spoke an emotive and heartfelt message embracing the moment, inviting each and all of those present to join efforts for continuous improvement in housing activity in the state and country. He congratulated the newly created Section Tlaxcala because it reached 60 sections running across the country and stressed that AMPI is an Association that forms real estate professionals.
After expressing the importance of this Association, the new Board AMPI Section Tlaxcala swore in. The members expressed and reiterated their commitment to take each of the statutes that their job demands.
CP Héctor Martín Obregón Serrano handed over certificates and badges that credited all the members of this Association as members.
A great sense of satisfaction prevailed for what was achieved in such a short time because this section started in the last days of December 2009.
To make a magnificent closing, a banquet was offered by the new section to all its guests, who raised their glasses and toasted to the success of this enthusiastic group, and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon.
