The swearing in of the Board AMPI 2010 Section Guadalajara on 11 February at 9:00 pm held at the Commerce Chamber of Guadalajara was a success.
170 people attended, 50 of which were special guests such as cadastre directors, project supervisors, and directors of economic promotion of the five municipalities in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara, in addition to the presence of the presidents of the College of Architecture, College of Engineers and the national president of the Institute of Appraisers.
An emotive presentation of the marching band from the Department of Public Security of the city of Guadalajara, served to commence the formal event.
The swearing in was formed by a presidium of nine people, chaired by our National President CP Héctor Martín Obregón Serrato; accompanied by CP María Luisa Castro Serratos, outgoing president; LCP Armando Trujillo Villa, the incoming president; Lic. Jorge Sánchez Reyes, assistant director of CONAVI; Ing. Enrique Alfaro Ramírez, Mayor of Tlajomulco de Zúñiga; Lic. Aarón Vázquez Huerta, Attorney for the State Urban Development; Mtro.Francisco Ayón López, General Director of Administration of Guadalajara City; Arch. Antonio González Morfín, INFONAVIT Delegate of Jalisco; and Lic. Efrén Flores Ledezma, Director of Public Registry of the state of Jalisco.
CP María Luisa Castro, outgoing president, thanked her Board, expressing the importance it was for her perform that work in support of the real estate.
National President of AMPI CP Héctor Martín Obregón Serrano, reported the progress that the Association achieved over recent years Commenting that there are already 60 sections in the country. In addition, the incoming president, CP Aramando Trujillo Villa swore in welcoming all the Board AMPI Guadalajara 2010. Lic. Enrique Alfaro Ramírez, Mayor of Tlajomulco, was invited to put the pins to the new Board 2010.
On the other hand, CP Armando Trujillo Villa, President of AMPI Guadalajara 2010, highlighted the real estate professionalism that is taking place in the own diploma of the Association called AMPI-TEC, provided at the TEC de Monterrey campus Guadalajara. He stressed the importance of the real estate statistics that are generating for the investors to make decisions based on counseling of a real estate professional, so he asked the media present their collaboration to place a weekly publication on a topic of interest of real estate property in the region.
Additionally, Trujillo Villa commented on the importance of the Advisory Council for supervising the work of membership in order to determine whether an Associate is suitable or not to join the Association, with the phrase: “Better quality than quantity of Associates”. He also called on governments there present about their participation and support in building projects to provide a proper urban development in the city.
The official event was closed with the participation of a brief explanation about the municipality of Tlajomulco and an exposition by a representative of CONAVI about the real estate statistics in the country as well as the numbers of the government support on housing.
At the end of the official ceremony, they invited those present for breakfast, enjoying the piano music of the Mtro. José Luis Altamirano, an artist who has performed at Bellas Artes together with great personalities as Juan Gabriel.
The media present were: TV Azteca, Notisistemas, Channel 8, newspapers like Milenio Mural, Público, among others, and having the opportunity to interview the President AMPI Guadalajara 2010, as well as representatives of different governments. They highlighted several items on the event of AMPI Guadalajara in the media the following day.
