We understand by leadership the exercise of command, resulting in satisfaction of the working group and company for having met its objectives. The leader is the engine of the activity that is exercised from the apex of command, inspiring and encouraging the group to accomplish the work.
Decision making is a fundamental feature in the administration and it is the leader’s duty to perform it permanently. It is he who takes the decision, predicts the probable results, compares the problem time – cost-efforts that are at stake and the elements and risks involved. A leader is forced to make decisions by himself without forgetting whom he represents.
The exercise of command is based on a close relationship of the leader with a working team, but the prosperity of an organization depends on the leader. The great generals in history like Alexander the Great, Caesar, Napoleon, Rommel and Eisenhower, were characterized because they knew how to encourage their people.
Our Association is aware that it has to group leaders, work with them and make a log of daily events that transcend in time. The progress of the projects is not an easy topic we face problems that must be overcome with smart choices and vision for the future.
The administration of our president, CP Héctor Martín Obregón Serrano, who is a born leader, knows how to lead the destinies of AMPI. He has done it before and does it now. There is no walked way without the boldness and conviction to reach a better destiny.
AMPI is a leader by nature surrounded by leaders and paves the way for those yet to come.
It cannot be placed growth expectations if we deviate from target, the unit of our Association. Associates, human capital, the basis of everything we are in the Association, is the answer to all our questions. The knowledge and strategies enrich the vision with what our president complements his strategies.
For being and deciding, AMPI deposits in its basic units the leadership, and the confidence that gives prestige.
