The sworn in is the most important ceremonial event of the AMPI congregated in Paseo de la Reforma, special guests, heads of sections that make up the association, leaders of agencies, and trade chambers.

The event began, as is tradition, with the honors to our National Flag by the band of war and the escort of the Public Security Secretariat of Mexico City who solemnly and bravely wore at the ceremony. The guests emotively sang the National Anthem and complied with the official honors.

With a sensitive farewell message,  Lic. Pedro Trueba de Torres, thanked the AMPI membership for the year of hard work that supported him during his tenure. Also, he stated that the major challenge he faced was laying the groundwork for building an association with plans and long-term projects, where continuity would be the springboard to contribute to the growth of the Association. The assistants reaffirmed the leadership of Lic. Trueba de Torres, who as president led the transformation to a new AMPI. With applause and standing recognition by the assistants, said good bye.

On  his part,  Lic. Galo Blanco Mateos, Director of Institutional Relations and of Government of AMPI, highlighted the work achieved so far with good forecasts which affirmed that the new administration 2010 could not be in better hands, since not only ensures continuity of work for the project, but also should be renewed with new and better ideas to be developed this year.

Ceremony

As our basic documents are marked, the sworn in ceremony of the elected President and the National Board of Directors for the period 2010, was presided by the Actuary Ariel Cano Cuevas, who protested to comply with the Code of Ethics and Bylaws bring in high the name of the Association.

Since the sworn in of president, C.P. Héctor Obregón said his work plan would not only ensure the full implementation of the work exercised in the past administration, but also incorporate specific plans that would guarantee tangible improvements for all associates and affiliates, as well as closer ties with other associations and gremial organisms with whom we are working in collaboration agreements.

He also assured that when uploading the properties in the intranet site, the associates would automatically appear in the intranet portals: homeshop.com.mx, misitioinmobiliario.com, worldproperties.com, binmuebles.com, espacioinmobiliario.com, rentasyventas.com, mercadoi.com, vivastreet.com.mx, tuaviso.com, inmobiliare.com,eleconomista.com, esmas.com, publimetro.com, mundoanuncio.com, milenio.com, starmedia.com, olx.com.mx, inmomexico.com, comprarenta.com.mx, inmueblesymas.com.mx, mercadolibre.com.mx; and will be enjoying the benefits of each portal.
