As part of the works of the training of associates to APMI at Veracruz Section – Boca Del Río, the directive organized the Valuation Course given by the Architect and Master, Eduardo Amet Ramos Vicarte, a qualified valuator affiliated to the Appraisers Association of the State of Veracruz, being held at the premises of the training group of the Industrial Group Gutierrez De Velazco. To this course colleagues from the different offices of the Real Estate Association attended, as well as independent people from the different areas in construction and selling, and independent brokers.
The topics that were studied among others were:
- The appraisal, its use and importance as a commercial tool.
- Legal aspects of an appraisal.
- Valuation methods.
- How to homologate a property.
- Practical exercises to make an opinion of value.
This course met the required hours to be taken as part of curricular value and was valued by the Study Center of Veracruz, headed by Lic. Carlos Raúl Velázquez Hernández , and with recognition before SEP.
Those who attended said they were satisfied and interested in attending to other courses like that one so as to help them get a better knowledge of the associates to AMPI Veracruz, Boca del Río.
Diplomas were given to the participants which were signed by: Arq. Eduardo Amet Ramos Vicarte, expositor, Lic. Carlos Raúl Velázquez Hernández, director of the Study Center of Veracruz, C.P. Patricia Gutiérrez de Velazco , treasurer of AMPI (section Veracruz, Boca del Río).
Accounted for closing the event was Arq. Diana Eusebia Uscanga Cid, president of AMPI Section Veracruz, Boca del Río, who thanked the precious participation of Arch. Ramos Vicarte, and congratulated the participants for their willingness to upgrade in the issues that concern us in terms of real estate consulting; and left a future invitation to attend to the Devaluation Course that will take place in February as well as other activities the Association is organizing.
