Guadalajara, Jal., January 29, 2009. The Inauguration Ceremony for the Directors Council of Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios, A.C, Guadalajara Section, took place in the facilities of the Cámara de Nacional de Comercio, where the work project to be developed in 2009 was presented.
C. P. María Luisa Castro Serrato, Outgoing President and Incoming President of the Directors Council 2008 – 2009, presented her 2008 Work Report.
In the training area, the AMPI-Tec agreement took place for the Real Estate graduate studies and the AMPI Training Center was created.
The presentation of the XVIII Real Estate Forum “Professionalization, A Step Forward” AMPI Guadalajara and TAR (Texas Association of Realtors) established the date for the Forum in the same date of the First Commercial Mission: Business Beyond Borders where more than 100 Texas Counselors socialized with AMPI associates with the objective of creating business networks and attracting investments to Mexico.
The presidency of C. P. María Luisa Castro Serrato, grew the real estate business in the entity always making ethics and professionalism a priority.
C.P. Héctor Obregón Serrano, Vice-president AMPI National, presented his message for Projects at a national level.
The AMPI National Recognition was given to Ing. José Luís Arizti Garay for his brilliant work in favor of the Real Estate Profession.
C. P. María Luisa Castro Serrato, Outgoing President and Incoming President of the Directors Council, exposed her Work Project for 2009. Stressing the importance of training and links with public entities signing agreements that strengthen the economic and urban development in an orderly manner.
Ing. Juan Sánchez Aldana, Municipal President of Zapopan, gave his Message of Projects the Entity is carrying out.
Government authorities, sector associations, constructors, real estate promoters, Colegio de Notarios y Valuadores, CMIC, CANADEVI, Colegio de Ingenieros as well as Section Associates and some representatives of AMPI Delegations in the country were present in the Inauguration Ceremony for the Directors Council 2009 of Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios, A.C, Guadalajara Section. |
