Miami, September - Real Estate Investment World Brasil is where developers, fund managers, institutional investors and leading services providers gather to discuss opportunities in the Brazilian real estate market.
While all global real estate markets have been impacted by the financial crisis, the Brazilian market has remained stable.

Population growth remains steady and consumption and demand for affordable housing continues to boom. Low-income housing continues to attract the most attention from investors and developers, especially since the government pledged to invest $15.1 billion in housing. This investment was intended to help Brazil fight off the global economic downturn and create 700,000 new jobs. So far, it seems to be working.

In 2009, despite the downturn, Brazil’s largest developers reported growth. The real estate industry presents many favorable long-term investment opportunities in a variety of markets. Real Estate Investment World Brasil will cover opportunities in Brazil’s residential, retail, office, industrial, logistics and hotel markets.
