Last Friday, September 25 at the Business Center AMPI at 17:00 hrs o'clock and in the presence of Governor of Quintana Roo C. Mr. Félix Arturo González Canto, the mayor of Solidarity, C. Román Quian Alcocer; of our friend and National President of AMPI. Mr. Pedro Trueba de Torres, of Mr. Gabriel Mendicuti Loria, Secretary of Agricultural Development, Rural and Indigenous and former Municipal ex-President of Solidarity, the National Counsel of AMPI, Licda. Laura Zapata Castillo and as well as military representatives of the state of Quintana Roo, and over 300 invited guests took place the inauguration of the board of the Riviera Maya section headed by Mr. Wilberth Gutiérrez Álvarez who accompanied as Secretary Enrico Dozza, Ulla Meihbom As Treasurer, in the Audit Committee: Reuben Rios, Maricarmen Domani and Enrique Dominguez; in the Honor and Justice Commission: Jorge Penkoff, Thomas Lloyd and Teresa Gutierrez.
RM AMPI has a particular feature that makes it unique and is the fact that we are a melting pot of different cultures by bringing together partners in our midst of nationalities as diverse as: Americans, Italians, Germans, French and Swedish among others and with diverse training as lawyers, accountants, managers, architects and economists. This cultural and its academic heterogeneity, only serve to strengthen and enrich the association as we all joined the property business in its broadest sense, and makes us a living force, capable of contributing in the development of our Country, our State and particularly of our town.
After the tourism industry, housing activity is the more income that it represents to the state of Quintana Roo by generating jobs and tax mainly derived from the buying and selling, caring for the sector and promote the healthy development of it is task of all.
We want to see a strengthened Riviera Maya in urban infrastructure, roads, hospitals and education, to be the main thrust of the state, leveraging its strategic location being right in the center of development zones as important as Cancun and Tulum.
We want the Riviera Maya to be a model of sustainable development where the focus on the harmony is privileged, human and security development with security, we want to be actively involved in this process.
We want to do things right and to be recognized for it.
As you can seen in AMPI Riviera Maya, we see challenges and opportunities and propose solutions and reforms, we don’t get stuck in criticism without proposals and we want this to be our constant and our best currency.
Colleagues, developers and entrepreneurs all of the real estate, will bring our creativity to meet the present challenges in which the future of our industry depends, it is coming a difficult year in terms of development and income, before this picture my invitation is to respond with greater investment, to focus on the activities and sectors that we know are more profitable, to apply all our talents to explore new markets and attract more investment to the area, this is the best time to show that we are bigger than the problems and that we can overcome any adversity.
AMPI members are committed to a prosperous state, and for a better Mexico!
