Last August 3rd to 7th, was held at the headquarters of the National AMPI, an Excel Basic 2007 course taught by Mr. Oscar Alberto Ramirez de la Rosa, of the Administrative and Fiscal Development Institute, S.C., course supported by the Director of the Institute C. P. Benjamin Diaz Castrejón.
With the assistance of all administrative staff working in National AMPI was conducted the Basic Excel 2007 course, which integrates itself with the activities of updating and improvement of the work undertaken by the staff of AMPI.
The commitment is, as stated from the outset in the course, kept up to date knowledge of this unique tool of work to better serve and more quickly the demands of everyday within our Association.
This course came to endorse the commitment by the administration to keep up with work tools and platforms that are aimed at improving the service offered to the Associates and Affiliates.
Agile, interesting and very useful, it's the way that some of the course attendees rated the same, and no wonder, since many of the foreground, will come to simplify on time and form the development of different formats that are managed to keep update all records, letters, databases and other documents of the entire membership.
"It was a very productive course as we acquire tools that help us carry out our daily activities with greater efficiency," they said, the Training Coordinator of National AMPI, Ms. Fabiola Rivas Trejo.
Finally, and after 10 hours of course, Mrs. Yannel Díaz of the Administrative and Fiscal Development Institute S.C., presented certificates of participation for the present but not before reiterating the importance of the course and congratulate exhibitors and attendees for the time spent in training.
