On June 26, 2009, in the Juventos Bowl Salon in the city of Chihuahua the conferece “How to Sell our Services” took place. It was an excellent and interesting conference given by Mr. Pedro Trueba de Torres, National President of AMPI, Mr. Pedro Trueba shared with AMPI associates and their sales force the techniques on how to increase sales, based in the Total Control of Quality, and Client Satisfaction, the use of benchmarking techniques as well as Continuous Improvement in the sales process, and techniques on how to differentiate in the market the services offered to AMPI associates.
Knowledge that will support the teamwork of every AMPI associate in the Chihuahua Section, and will be an important base to carry out the improvement of the operation in each office and team work of everyone affiliated.
