To achieve this objective, she stated 7 main points in which the activities of the association in Chihuahua will be based which are: Membership, Web Page, Training, AMPI Magazine, Business Tables, National Council and Real Estate Law.
She added that AMPI wants to continue leaving greater economic profits in the city and in the State in the legal framework.

Samuel Hernández in his part as former President thanked the respect and unity with which they worked during his administration, naming some of the achievements reached by AMPI during his term. He enhanced the work of the Honor and Justice Commission and he expressed his complete support to the new administration.

In his speech Mr. Trueba, National AMPI President, offered the different government sectors the experience and collaboration of more than 50 years of existence of the Association to promote the real estate law at a national and state level.

He said that in the real estate activity as in many others in life there are three types of people, the first are those who for any reason lack the necessary knowledge; second, those that have the knowledge but don’t do anything to create change and third, those who are true agents of changes because they act with respect, effort, creativity and optimism. “AMPI is formed by those people” added Mr. Trueba.

He finally recognized the work done by the former council presided by Mr. Samuel Hernández  who made the commitment of working closely with the current administration.

The outgoing Directive Council gave recognition to different members of the association for their labor in benefit of the association.

The closing of the event was framed by the presence of the choir “Camerata Pro-arte de Chihuahua” who interpreted several pieces of baroque music that entertained the attendants.
